By posting content, you grant VideoMatch a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

Some features require a paid membership. Prices and benefits are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date, and you can manage or cancel your membership in your account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for others, or where required by law. Certain provisions — including content licenses, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — survive termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. VideoMatch does not conduct criminal background checks and is not responsible for the conduct of any member. Always use good judgment when meeting people online or in person.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VideoMatch and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
